Here we go again! The last meeting (our first for the year) was a ripper, with everything going pretty much to plan. Even the COVID registration didn’t slow us down too much, so this time should be even easier.
We’ll be starting at the same time (6.00pm) and we’ll have the gates open at 4.00pm again, giving you a couple of hours to get in before we start throwing too much dirt around the place.
See below for LOTS more info!

Speedway Australia are very responsive to our feedback / suggestions for the use of the Online Indemnity Form for COVID data collection; unfortunately they will not be able to complete the required changes by the weekend. They have offered, however, to supply us with the data in a usable format at 2.00pm on Saturday.
𝗣𝗶𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 (𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄, 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗲𝘁𝗰)
We need you to complete the form online, either by the app on your smartphone or by going direct to the SA website and filing it in online (link below). Could you please follow these tips:
• Enter your name as “FirstName LastName”. SA will re-sort this for us into last name/first name. This is different to what was in Friday’s newsletter, but this is the way we need to do it as SA will run a standard sort on it that will split it the other way round.
• Ensure you enter the correct date for the meeting by selecting from the calendar icon. Please do NOT accept the pre-filled date! If you do, and you’re not filling it out on the day of the meeting, the Indemnity will not be valid for the race meeting and you’ll have to do it all again.
• When you’ve completed the form, please press/click the “Submit” button ONCE ONLY. Sometimes it takes a while to submit, and we had people submitting the form multiple times. This is not a Good Thing because SA will have to find all the duplicates and manually delete them.
• If filling it out on the day of the meeting please complete the form by 12.00pm. This gives SA time to sort the data, supply it to us in time to reformat it the way we need it, print out multiple copies and get to the Pit Gate before you do.
Anyone who goes through the Pit Gate must have an Indemnity Form filled in, so you will need to ensure your entire party has done this prior to midday Saturday.
For those who are attending as spectators, we will be using the EVA Checkin system so you can prefill your info before you leave home, and it will then take about 30 seconds to check in per person. Checking out on the way home takes even less time.
Please note that there is NO access from the spectator area to the pits, and NO access to the spectator area from the pits. You are in one area or the other.
