To race or crew at any Speedway in Australia, you must hold a Speedway Australia licence. One of the requirements for obtaining a licence (and renewing it annually) is that you must be a member of an affiliated Club in this case North Queensland International Motor Raceway Association Inc (aka “Cairns Speedway”)
